Weekly Update 1/29

Hi there everyone, Tyler here. I’m the person writing the reviews and developing the timelines you can find throughout this site. Today I’m here to update you on what happened last week and what will happen this week on ComicBookWire.com.

Last Week

This last week saw the release of a number of different reviews. Most of these simply continued storylines that we had already been reviewing but some of them were completely new. This includes both volumes of the Cyborg series, which were done in the hopes of creating a Cyborg character timeline in the very near future.

In addition to reviews, two new timelines were also added to the site. Though I initially had only planned on releasing a timeline for the Justice League series, I found that the “Throne of Atlantis” storyline was an integral part of the Justice League’s timeline. Completing this allowed for a more accurate and streamlined Justice League timeline to be created. The “Throne of Atlantis” timeline can be found here while the Justice League timeline can be found here.

This Week

This week is going to see plenty of reviews from ComicBookWire. Reviews from popular series like Dark Nights: Metal, Daredevil, and Justice League Dark will allow everyone to see the quality level of both new and classic comics. Meanwhile, reviews from lesser known series like Doom Patrol, Shazam!, and I, Vampire will allow everyone to explore comics that they may not have read otherwise. The intention here is to provide a broad range of reviews, which is something I always try to stress here at ComicBookWire.

The Cyborg reviews from last week also allow for a detailed and accurate Cyborg timeline to be created. I’ve been working on this for a while and should be able to release it later on this week. This timeline will detail Cyborg’s most important adventures in the New 52 and will provide readers with a guide on how exactly to read his comic books. This timeline is also just another addition to ComicBookWire’s ever growing collection of DC Comics timelines, which can all be found right here.

That’s it for this week! If you want to stay updated on everything ComicBookWire is up to in the future, make sure to follow ComicBookWire on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Either way, thanks for reading and have a wonderful week!
