Trinity Reading Order

This reading order is designed to give an outline of major storylines featuring the Trinity team-up throughout DC Comics. It does not encompass every one of their appearances, but is an outline of the major ones and the stories that affect them.

The continuity details relating to each specific storyline are explained in the “Review” of each storyline. Every “Review” link will provide a detailed continuity breakdown of that story and will explain any reference the story makes to other aspects of the DC Universe. All of this can be found under the “Continuity” section of each link.

Rebirth

At the close of the New 52 and the beginning of Rebirth, both the Superman/Wonder Woman (Reading Order) and the Batman/Superman (Reading Order) series were brought to an end through the Superman: The Final Days of Superman (Reading Order) event. This event dramatically altered the relationships between these three characters. Some of these repercussions were dealt with through the Trinity series, which saw Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman team up once more. The series explored their individual friendships and saw them deal with a variety of different threats.
