Jericho Reading Order
This reading order is designed to give an outline of major Jericho (Joseph Wilson) storylines throughout DC Comics. It does not encompass every one of his appearances, but is a outline of the major ones and the stories that affect them.
The continuity details relating to each specific storyline are explained in the “Review” of each storyline. Every “Review” link will provide a detailed continuity breakdown of that story and will explain any reference the story makes to other aspects of the DC Universe. All of this can be found under the “Continuity” section of each link.
See our “Jericho Timeline” for summaries of each story arc in this reading order.
New 52
With the beginning of the New 52, the DC Universe’s continuity was reset. Jericho’s past was completely wiped clean and he was reintroduced entirely.
This reintroduction happens through the Deathstroke Vol. 2 series, where Jericho plays a major role in the comic’s conclusion. However, the events of these comics are retconned before the end of this era.
In the later portion of the New 52 era, Jericho’s role in the Deathstroke Vol. 2 series is wiped from his history. He is then reintroduced through the Deathstroke Vol. 3 series. Here, he appears as a radically different interpretation of the same character.
See our “Jericho Timeline” for summaries of each story arc in this reading order.

Notes
- Jericho's role here is extremely small and only serves to prelude his importance in a later story arc. It can easily be skipped without consequence.
- Though important at this juncture in the DC Universe, this storyline is effectively removed from history a short while later.
Rebirth
For Jericho, the transition from the New 52 to the Rebirth era effectively undoes all of his New 52 appearances. However, it brings back elements of his pre-New 52 history.
Jericho's appearances in this era are heavily tied to the Deathstroke (Reading Order) series. Over the course of this comic, his new status quo is established, his relationships with the rest of his family are explained, and his adventures are detailed.
