In the New 52 era, Harley’s adventures get more complicated. Her appearances quickly establish two separate narratives that are entirely independent of one another. These form two reading orders that do not intersect one another at all, though vague references in the “Harley Quinn Solo Reading Order” imply that the events of this reading order occur sometime after the events of the “Harley Quinn Reading Order“. As such, readers can approach one of these reading orders without having to know anything about the other, and vice versa.
Harley Quinn’s adventures within the main DC Universe are all depicted within this reading order. In this reading order, the majority of her appearances occur alongside the Suicide Squad (Reading Order). These appearances mainly occur in the Suicide Squad series but also extend into other comics for small roles.
