“Enigma: The Definitive Edition” Has Been Resolicited by Dark Horse

Near the end of 2019, Dark Horse comics announced a deluxe hardcover edition of Peter Milligan and Duncan Fegredo’s Vertigo series Enigma, set to hit shelves in Fall of 2020. However, like many other solicitations, this one seemed to have been canceled/delayed due to the impact of Covid-19 on the publishing industry. Now, the collection is back and is set to hit shelves this October.

Enigma: The Definitive Edition is set to collect the full Enigma series. Plus, it will include a brand-new cover by Duncan Fegredo and nearly 50 pages of extras including development art, color sketches, and behind the scenes notes into the making of this celebrated, groundbreaking story. Wording in the original solicitation suggests that this collection will likely be a deluxe-sized hardcover, however, the official trim size is currently not listed on the new solicitation. The collection is currently set for release on October 19, 2021.
