Director James Gunn Reveals His List of “Perfect” Albums
The two Guardians of the Galaxy movies are well-known by moviegoers and music fans alike for including a fantastic array of songs paired with the events of the films. The soundtracks to both movies were instant hits and led to a resurgence of their songs back into pop culture. Because of this, James Gunn, the movies’ director and curator of both soundtracks, became known for his musical tastes.
Today, fans of James Gunn’s music choices got another peek into the director’s song preferences, as actor/comedian Ben Schwartz took to Instagram to ask for help in compiling a list of “perfect” albums. James Gunn quickly replied with a lengthy “unthought out” list.
