“Bitter Root” is Getting a Hardcover Omnibus Edition

The Bitter Root series, by David F. Walker, Sanford Greene, and Chuck Brown, brings a supernatural threat to the Harlem Renaissance. The series ended in 2021 and is currently collected across three trade paperbacks. However, Image Comics is now releasing a hardcover Omnibus Edition that provide fans with a new way to gather this comic.

The Bitter Root Hardcover Omnibus is currently set for release on February 28, 2023. This hardcover volume is to collect Bitter Root #1-15 and the Bitter Root Red Summer Special. This effectively collects the series, making this a great way to either read or re-read the entire comic run. While the size of this collection is not currently listed, most Image Comics releases with “Omnibus” in the title are oversized, though this is not a guarantee.
