“Avatar: The Last Airbender-Smoke and Shadow” Paperback Omnibus is On the Way

The Avatar: The Last Airbender comic books (Reading Order) expand on the events of the Avatar: The Last Airbender TV show in a monumental way. Recently, Dark Horse Comics has been republishing these comics in a series of collections that gathers together a full, three-part storyline into one, paperback collection. These essentially gather the same material as the Avatar: The Last Airbender hardcover Library Editions but do so in a more portable and affordable paperback format. Now, an omnibus for the fourth major comic book storyline has a release date.

Avatar: The Last Airbender- Smoke and Shadow Omnibus is set to collect the three volumes from the “Smoke and Shadow” storyline (Review). This storyline furthers developments made across the previous three storylines while also providing more information about what Azula did after the events of the TV show. This new collection is currently set for release on September 28, 2021.
