“American Vampire Omnibus Vol. 1” is Getting a New Printing Ahead of the “Vol. 2” Release

The American Vampire series tells the stories of vampires in America, with the main series and spinoffs focusing on eras in America’s past. A while ago, an Omnibus Edition was released for the first half of the series. Then, the American Vampire Omnibus Vol. 2 was solicited for the comic’s second half. However, by the time this new Omnibus was solicited, the first volume was already mostly out of print. This means that fans who want to jump into the series with these impressive hardcovers would likely only be able to get the comic’s second half. Luckily, a new printing is set to solve this problem.

The American Vampire Omnibus Vol. 1 (2022 Edition) is currently set for release on October 4, 2022. This would have it release right before the American Vampire Omnibus Vol. 2, which is set for release on October 11, 2022. Together, these collections gather the entirety of currently published American Vampire comics, with the American Vampire Omnibus Vol. 1 (2022 Edition) collecting the same contents as the original Vol. 1 printing. This makes this Omnibus pair a perfect choice for diehard fans of the series, who want to recollect it in an oversized hardcover format, and for newcomers, who want to jump into the entire comic run all at once.
